Sponsors are critical to the success of the new membership process. A sponsor’s primary role is to act as a liaison between the prospective member and the Membership Chair by:

• Helping the prospective member acquire and complete all necessary paperwork in preparation for submitting the on-line membership application.
• Attending the two mandatory events with the prospective member/spouse and facilitating introductions.
• Communicate with the prospective member to help him or her understand the status of the membership process.
